Employee Recognition Programs The Communication Services Division coordinates several employee recognition programs throughout the year. Most of these programs are sponsored by outside organizations, which establish eligibility criteria and the award process. For each program, the office of Communication Services will make a call for nominations through various communication channels, receive nomination packets and convene a selection committee.   Communication Services coordinates the following programs:  Agnes Meyer Outstanding Teacher Awards Distinguished Educational Leadership Awards Teacher of the Year Award Charles E. Tressler Distinguished Teacher Award FCPS Support Employee of the Year Award First-Class Employee Award
